<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane having a base isolation structure and a damping structure responding to a large scale earthquake, which can execute base isolation and damping with respect to periodic characteristics of all possible earthquake motions. <P>SOLUTION: The quay crane 1 includes a leg structure 3 and a traveling device 2. The quay crane 1 includes at least a first mass body and a second mass body that can be regarded as a mass point in a vibration analysis model.
