<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine configured to preset specific display performance performed during a variation display game through the input of operation from a player, thereby increasing excitement and enjoyment of a game. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a first operation section and a second operation section operated by the player; a selection screen display unit for displaying a selection screen displaying choices of predetermined display performances based on the input of operation; a display performance selecting unit for selecting a predetermined display performance from the choices displayed on the selection screen, based on the input of the operation from the first operation section; a specific display performance setting unit for setting the selected display performance as the specific display performance, based on the input of the operation from the second operation section; and a display performance performing unit for performing the set specific display performance during a variation display game, when the variation display game is performed with a specific variation pattern.
