The present invention relates to a sign sheet and a display device, capable of introducing various colors from white light emitted by a whitening part through various discoloring units and simply emitting the white light on a sign product or a display of a vehicle or various electronic products through the sign sheet with the whitening part formed on a base member by using phosphor ink to convert the blue light of a blue LED which is a basic element of an LED and is cheap into the white light. The sign sheet with the whitening part with regard to the blue LED light according to the present invention includes a transparent base member, and a display unit which includes a diffusion part which is formed on one side of the base member and the whitening part with regard to the blue LED light which overlaps the diffusion part and is printed and formed on one side or the other side of the base member by using the phosphor ink. |
