According to an aspect of the present invention, a display device integrated with a touch screen comprises: a panel including a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes overlapped with a plurality of data lines; and a display driver IC applying data voltage to the data lines during a first period when the panel is operated in a display driving mode, applying ground voltage to a driving area data line overlapped with the driving electrodes among the data lines during a second period when the panel is operated in a touch driving mode, and floating a sensing area data line overlapped with the sensing electrodes.
