The present invention relates to a high-voltage DC circuit breaker for blocking a fault current flowing along a high voltage DC track when there is an error in the high voltage DC track. An high-voltage DC circuit breaker according to the present invention includes a mechanic switch installed on a DC track; an L/C circuit which includes a capacitor and a reactor which are connected in parallel to the mechanical switch (110) and are connected in series to generate LC resonance; a first semiconductor switch which is connected in series to the L/C circuit and switches current flow in one direction; and a second semiconductor switch which is connected in parallel to the first semiconductor switch and switches current flow in the opposite direction to the one decoction.
