The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a biaxially stretched porous PTFE separation membrane, which is allowed to improve thickness uniformity of the PTFE separation membrane through simple processes without using an extra reinforcing film, thereby minimizing defects on the PTFE separation membrane and having outstanding improved thickness uniformity while improving difference pressure in a biaxial direction.
