Disclosed is a manufacturing method of barium titanate in the present invention. The disclosed manufacturing method of barium titanate comprises: a step (S10) of injecting a reaction material including barium and titanium into a reactor, and mixing the reaction material at a molecular level in the reactor; a step (S20) of applying a chemical reactor to the reaction material in the reactor, and nucleating; a step (S30) of firstly treating a crystalline nucleus by heat, and maturing the crystalline nucleus; a step (S40) of secondly treating the mature crystalline nucleus by heat (calcination), and gaining a barium titanate powder; and a step (S50) of crushing the titanate powder.
