<p>The present invention relates to a volume-rate food garbage disposal system using a certificate of payment and a method thereof. The volume-rate food garbage disposal system of the present invention integrally manages code information on certificates of payment among a local autonomous entity, a certificate maker, a distributor, a seller, and a collector via a communications network over the course of all matters related to collection of food garbage, including ordering, producing, warehousing, delivering, selling, collecting, and stocking the certificates of payment. The volume-rate food garbage disposal system includes the communications network, a distributor terminal, a seller terminal, a collector terminal, and a volume-rate system management server. The volume-rate food garbage disposal system further includes a certificate maker system and a Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute system. In an embodiment of the present invention, a certificate of payment includes code information of the certificate of payment as a two-dimensional barcode. According to the present invention, it is possible to correctly calculate and aggregate the volume of discharged food garbage by integrally managing the code information of the certificates of payment and to accelerate reduction of the volume of the discharged food garbage by granting mileage to people who reduced their discharge quantities.</p> |
