<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide housing with a dark cold place capable of storing a food and a commodity without being exposed to high-temperature air and the sun. <P>SOLUTION: A dark cold place 12 defined by a ceiling with a height of 0.8 m to 1.4 m and windowless walls enables a food and a commodity to be stored within an arm's reach without being exposed to high-temperature air and the sun.
