The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a graphite oxide coating solution and a manufacturing method of a graphite oxide coated product on the basis of the same, which can maintain a panel structure of a graphite oxide by substituting a water molecule on the surface of a graphite oxide for the desired solvent without heat treatment. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a graphite oxide coating solution comprising an amphiprotic solvent, which comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing water-based graphite oxide slurry by oxidizing graphite; (b) manufacturing a solution with an excess amount of an amphiprotic solvent inserted in the water-based graphite oxide slurry; (c) providing molecular impulse waves for the solution; and (d) manufacturing a coating solution as repeating step (b) or step (c) at least twice.
