The present invention relates to a lysyl-tRNA synthetase antibody selectively bonding to KRS, and to a use of the same and, more specifically, to an antibody bonding to human KRS or a segment of the same, a production method thereof, and a composition for diagnosing cancer or self-immune diseases and inflammatory diseases including the same. The antibody or the segment thereof of the present invention specifically bonds to human KRS, and has no cross reactivity with other proteins, so that HRS detection and control are available, thereby being used for diagnosis of cancer or self-immune diseases and inflammatory diseases which are diseases relating to KRS.
