The present invention relates to a floating-type solar photovoltaic power generator capable of automatically stretching and extending the length of a wire which fixates a floating body to a certain surface position with a simple structure by being connected between an anchor member and the floating body. Specifically, the floating-type solar photovoltaic power generator comprises: a floating body which supports a solar cell module and floats on the water; and a plurality of automatic winding and unwinding devices which are mounted on a side or at the bottom surface of the floating body and fixate the floating body to a certain position on the water by being respectively connected through a plurality of wires respectively for a plurality of anchor members embedded in the bottom of the water, wherein the automatic winding and unwinding devices are configured to control each tensile force acting on the wires in order for the wires to be a straight line.
