摘要 The present invention relates to a cell for a metal supported solid oxide fuel cell and a method for manufacturing the cell. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a cell for a metal supported solid oxide fuel cell and a method for manufacturing the cell, the cell comprising: an anode; a solid electrolyte arranged on the anode; a cathode arranged in the solid electrolyte; and first and second metal supports arranged at vertically lower and side portions of the anode, wherein the first metal support is placed at a vertically lower portion of the anode and made of porous material to allow the penetration of gas, and the second metal support is placed at a side portion of the anode, made of non-porous material to block the penetration of gas and configured to surround the first metal support. According to the present invention, edge portions of a cell is made up of dense layers with the same material as a cell frame, so that coupling can be performed using welding or metal-metal brazing; tightness can be checked before manufacturing a stack; and coupled parts show significantly higher coupling robustness compared to those using glass-type sealant, and the cell comprising the coupled parts thus exhibits superior reliability and robustness compared to conventional cells for a fuel cell.
