The present invention relates to a hexahedral frame-type concrete artificial fish-reef having a hexahedral outer edge shape in which a plurality of linear frame bodies are integrally provided, wherein each edge where the linear frame bodies touch each other is stably settled on the seabed, and a spherical polyhedral protrusion or a spherical protrusion is provided to increase the attachment area.
