The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing transparent conducting complex and a transparent conducting complex prepared therefrom. The method includes a step of dipping a substrate in an acid solution, a step of coating the substrate dipped in the acid solution with a dopamine solution, a step of coating the substrate coated with the dopamine with nanosilver, and a step of annealing the substrate coated with the nanosilver. Thereby, a nanosilver coating layer is quickly and uniformly formed without a separate process or binder so that superior adhesion and electric conductivity can be obtained.
