Disclosed are a switch board alignment system and a switch board alignment method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the switch board alignment system includes: a plurality of base frames installed on a deck of a hull, wherein a plurality of switch boards is seated; a rotation leveler spaced apart from the base frame to emit a laser; a laser staff placed on one side of the switch board to receive a laser emitted from the rotation leveler to measure the height of the switch board; and an alignment inspection jig fixated to the base frame to be detached, wherein the laser staff is seated.
