The present invention relates to a spray freezing drier which is capable of reducing a lyophilization time and increasing dry capacity at the same time. The spray freezing drier comprises: a chamber; a tray; a frozen and dried article spray nozzle; a heating means; and a vacuum pump. The chamber forms a storage space. The tray is stored in the storage space of the chamber, forms a storage unit in which a plurality of plates arranged parallel to each other are stored, and is opened on the upper part thereof. The frozen and dried article spray nozzle sprays a frozen and dried article to the storage unit of the tray. The heating means heats the tray. The vacuum pump holds a vacuum in the chamber.
