The present invention relates to a block for assembling a probe card, a probe card assembly including the same and a manufacturing method thereof. The block for assembling the probe card includes: a body part including a substrate part and an insertion hole including a through-hole area which a probe pin of each probe card including a number of probe pins located on the substrate part and a margin area which remains as an empty area because the probe pin does not pass through and is formed by being extended in the through-hole area; and a second connection part which is formed in the body part, and is connected to a first connection part formed on the substrate part of the probe card.
