<p>A thermal decomposition system (100) for a waste jelly communication line according to the present invention comprises: a rotary motor (M) fixed on one side of a frame (Fr) arranged on an installation surface; an outer casing (110) installed on the other side of the frame (Fr); an inner casing (120) which is disposed in the outer casing (110) and rotates by the rotary motor (M); a burner (B) mounted on the frame (Fr) to supply high-temperature heat energy to the inner casing (120) to thermally decompose a waste jelly communication line (Wl) supplied to the inner casing (120); an oil separator (S) connected to the inner casing (120) to separate oil gas (Og) from a thermal decomposition solution (Hg) produced from the thermally decomposed waste jelly communication line (Wl); and an oil collection tank to process the oil gas (Og) separated from the thermal decomposition solution (Hg) which has gone through the oil separator (S) to separate and collect oil (O) only. According to the thermal decomposition system (100) and a thermal decomposition method for the waste jelly communication line in accordance with the present invention, the waste jelly communication line (Wl) including a Rotary Kiln-type device is thermally decomposed and then goes through the oil separator (S). The oil gas (Og) is then separated from the thermal decomposition solution (Hg) which is an outcome of thermal decomposition, and then only the oil (O) is separated from the oil gas (Og) and collected.</p> |
