<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding member that can reduce a step in a boundary between members even if a decorative layer is made thick in a molding member formed of a transparent member and a decorative member, and to provide a translucent type input device employing the molding member.SOLUTION: A molding member 10 has: a transparent member 30 that transmits visible light; and a decorative member 40 that does not transmit the visible light. In the molding member, a window-shape translucent area 11 transmitting light in a thickness direction and a non-translucent area 12 surrounding the translucent area are formed. The transparent member 30 is provided across over the translucent area 11 and the non-translucent area 12, and on one face of the translucent area 11, a continuous face of the translucent area 11 and the non-translucent area 12 is formed. The decorative member 40 is provided so as to form a laminate body with the transparent member 30 in the non-translucent area 12, and a thickness of the transparent member 30 in the translucent area 11 in the vicinity of a boundary between the translucent area 11 and the non-translucent area 12 is thicker than that of the translucent member 30 in the non-translucent area 12.</p> |
