<p>The gauge (20) has an adjustment unit formed of a vertical screw, a nut, a screw and another nut that adjusts a position of a frame i.e. box shaped beam (50), with respect to a foundation raft of a railway track. A gripping unit comprises a clamp (62) having two jaws (64, 66) respectively comprising a tooth (98) and another tooth, where the teeth perforate side profiles (28, 30) of a plastic slipper (10) during closing of the clamp on a coated type railway rail (6). The teeth are directly engaged on a rail part (8) of the rail so as to authorize displacement of the rail. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an assembly comprising a gauge (2) a method for installation of coated type railway rails.</p> |
