The present invention relates to a method and a device to automatically moor a vessel using a hydraulic winch. To achieve this purpose, the present invention comprises: a step of hanging a mooring rope on a dock by unwinding the rope from a winch; a step of operating an oil pump by an initial signal of a control part, and operating a hydraulic motor by opening a valve; a step of making an operating force go via a speed reducing part by operating the hydraulic motor, and winding the mooring rope on a winch drum by operating the winch; and a step of measuring a distance from a vessel, dynamically moving to the dock through a position sensor connected to the control part, and mooring the vessel in the dock by controlling an opening degree of the valve through a control algorithm. Therefore, the present invention is capable of making mooring work become easy by stably mooring a vessel in a dock even when a course of the vessel is changed by the influences from wind, wave, and ocean current by repetitively controlling a mooring rope wound on a winch. |
