A piezoelectric vibration module according to the present invention comprises a vibration plate which has a corrugation part near both ends; a piezoelectric device which is arranged on one side of the vibration plate and expands or contracts repeatedly according to the application of an external power and generates a vibration force; and a base plate which is fixed to both ends of the vibration plate and is separated from it. Especially, the present invention relates to a piezoelectric vibration actuator using the abovementioned piezoelectric vibration module.
