摘要 The present invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate and a liquid display device using the same including: gate wiring and data wiring which are arranged to intersect with each other within a display area on a substrate to define a pixel; a pixel electrode formed on the pixel within the display area; a gate driving unit formed on a non-display area located on one side of the display area; a gate pad formed on one end of the gate wiring and on the non-display area located on the other side of the display area; and gate link wiring which is connected to the gate pad and the gate driving unit individually and supplies a gate control signal generated in the date driving unit to the gate wiring through the gate pad. According to the present invention, it is able to form the gate driving unit and the data driving unit on the display area, thereby minimizing the size of bezels on the left side and the right side and also a non-uniform luminance problem caused by a capacitance (Cgs) deviation between a gate and a source can be prevented by connecting the gate link wiring and the gate wiring on the non-display area through the gate pad.
