The present invention provides an automatic assembling apparatus for a radiator grill comprising: a work table on which a ventilation member for a radiator grill and a housing, which are coupled to each other, are placed; a bolt feeder sequentially supplying bolts used for coupling the ventilation member and the housing to a position to be suctioned; a bolt fastener suctioning the bolt placed on the position to be suctioned to be fastened to the ventilation member and the housing; and a three-axis support supporting the bolt fastener to allow the front and rear position and the left and right position and the upper and lower position of the bolt fastener to be changed.
