The present invention relates to a method for rapidly manufacturing a pressed and picked radish through hot-air drying and, more specifically, to a method for rapidly manufacturing a pressed and pickled radish, which dries a pickled radish in short time using heat, and with excellent material properties such as firm texture at the same time, in comparison with the existing method for general and natural drying or forced and pressed drying which are broadly used.
