<p>According to the present invention, disclosed is an improved cooling member. According to the present invention, the improved cooling member includes a plurality of cooling pipes; a lower support plate; and a plurality of support parts vertically installed in the longitudinal direction of the cooling pipes, and supporting the cooling pipes on the lower support plate. The cooling pipes are formed into an oval shape having each cross section having the major axis in a vertical direction. Therefore, the cooling pipes are prevented from being twisted, time for freezing water is reduced, and time and costs for construction work are reduced.</p> |
