PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoat aluminum plate for an on-vehicle LED lighting heat sink, which is excellent in heat radiation.SOLUTION: A precoat aluminum plate 10 for an on-vehicle LED lighting heat sink includes an aluminum plate 20, surface treatment coating, and resin coating 3A. The aluminum plate 20 has the heat transfer coefficient of 150 W/m K or more. The resin coating 3A includes thermoset resin and black color pigment components. The resin coating 3A has the film thickness of 5-15 μm, and the arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.5-3 μm on the surface thereof. The resin coating 3A has the integral emissivity of 0.80 or more in 25°C in a range of wavelength of 3-30 μm in an infrared region. |
