<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating film composition for forming an insulating film or a protective layer (hereinafter called as an insulating film or the like) which is much higher in a withstand voltage, wear resistance, heat conductivity, and scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: Since alumina powder is contained in thick film insulating paste with glass as a main component, it is possible to obtain an insulating film of a fixing heater or an insulating film which is suitable for the protective layer of a thermal print head, and high in hardness, high in wear resistance or scratch resistance, and high in heat conductivity and high voltage resistance. Since the aspect ratio of the alumina powder is as small as 1.2 or lower, it is possible to obtain packing density, and to further increase the improvement effect of the hardness of the insulating film or the like. Since the volume percentage of the alumina powder is as large as 25(%) or higher, it is possible to further increase the improvement effect of the hardness or heat conductivity of the insulating film or the like, and since the volume percentage is kept in 60(%) or lower, it is possible to obtain the strong insulating film or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
