<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of common mode noise due to switching of a switching element more properly. <P>SOLUTION: Two coolers 31, 32 are formed of a conductor and placed on the opposite sides while holding a card-like element 22 including a switching element and a P bus bar 26p and an N bus bar 26n, extending therefrom while facing each other, therebetween, and are connected by a planar connection 36 formed of a conductor and placed between both bus bars 26p, 26n, and then grounded. Both bus bars 26p, 26n and the connection 36 are formed and arranged so as to satisfy a relational expression Ln×Cn-Lp×Cp=0, where the Lp and Ln are inductances from the elements 22 in both bus bars 26p, 26n to a predetermined position facing the connection 36, and the Cp and Cn are capacitances between both bus bars 26p, 26n and the connection 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
