A vibration-reducing fishing net in accordance with the present invention comprises: a net unit for catching fishes; a main rope which is provided in the longitudinal direction in an upper portion of the net unit and of which one side end is connected to a mother ship; a plurality of floating bodies which are installed on the main rope to be spaced apart at an equal distance along the longitudinal direction and generate buoyancy; a vibration reducing rope which is provided between the main rope and the net unit and connects the floating bodies and the net unit; and a plurality of weights which are provided to be spaced apart at the bottom of the net unit and applies a force in the direction of the seabed, wherein the vibration reducing rope is configured to reduce vibrations generated by the floating bodies of the main rope to be transmitted to the net unit by gaps of the vibration reducing rope by connecting the main rope and the net unit from point to point.
