The present invention provides a flexible display device and a method for manufacturing the same whereby a bezel width is reduced and components can be densely placed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible display device includes: a display panel that includes a first substrate wherein a plurality of pixels are included and a bending part is formed on an end portion thereof and a second substrate, which is laminated to face the first substrate; a panel operation unit which is connected with an end portion of the first substrate and provides signals to the pixels; and a support member that supports the display panel and the panel operation unit, has a curve part formed on a side facing the bending part to guide the bending part to bend, and has a space in the curved part. |
