Disclosed is a roll forming method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the roll forming method includes: an uncoil step of uncoiling a coil, supplied to an upper and a lower plate on a band, through an upper and a lower uncoiler; a roll forming step of forming one among the upper and lower plates into an incomplete shape of a forming beam by sequentially bending one among the upper and lower plates using a roll forming unit comprising multistep roll formers; an adhesive applying step of applying adhesive for a structure to a flange part of the forming beam through an adhesive applying device on the rear of a roll forming unit; and a hemming-forming step of executing hemming-forming to the flange part of the forming beam through a hemming unit while placing an unformed one among the upper and lower plates on an upper part of the forming beam, to which the adhesive is applied, on the rear of the adhesive applying device. |
