摘要 The present invention relates to an overheated steam cooling device for a mechanical steam recompressor capable of preventing damage to a peripheral device due to a surging phenomenon while improving a cooling efficiency by reducing a size of droplets injected through an injection nozzle to simultaneously increase a heating surface by controlling a work of cooling a bypass fluid precisely when cooling the bypass fluid at a predetermined temperature. The present invention includes a pipeline wherein overheated steam flows; a cooling water supplying means supplying cooling water to the pipeline; the injection nozzle connected to the cooling water supplying means, and injecting the cooling water inside the pipeline; a pressure controlling valve installed between the cooling water supplying means and the injection nozzle, and controlling the pressure of the cooling water; a control means connected to control the pressure controlling valve; a first pressure sensor installed between the pressure controlling valve and injection nozzle, measuring the pressure of the cooling water, and transmitting the measured data to the control means; a second pressure sensor installed in a front side of an injection direction of the injection nozzle, measuring the pressure of the cooling water right after injecting, and transmitting the measured data to the control means; and a temperature sensor formed in the front side of the injection direction of the injection nozzle, measuring the temperature of the steam after cooling, and transmitting the measured data to the control means. The control means controls the pressure controlling valve to make the steam flowing in the pipeline at a predetermined temperature based on a difference in pressure of the cooling water before and after injecting obtained by the first and second pressure sensors, and the measured temperature of the steam measured by the temperature sensor.
