In the present invention, provided are an enteric coating composition, an enteric coating layer and a food formulation thereof wherein the disclosed enteric coating composition includes an enteric cellulose based compound, a pH adjuster and a solvent and a plasticizer for food wherein the plasticizer for food includes acetylated monoglyceride, triacetin or a mixture thereof wherein the plasticizer and the pH adjuster for food are 10-20 parts by weight and 5-25 parts by weight respectively with respect to 100 parts by weight of the enteric cellulose based compound.
