The present invention relates to an apparatus for circle-welding a nozzle to a shell, by which welding can be performed while a welding torch automatically traces a minute height difference in a welding line to draw circular arcs without a separate difference adjustment by a worker such that damage of the welding torch or a welding defect can be prevented. The apparatus for circle-welding the nozzle to the shell to internally weld an other end of a nozzle on an inner circumference of the shell after the other end of the nozzle having a flange formed on one end thereof is welded externally on an outer circumferential face of the shell to store a fluid, and comprises: a clamping jaw inserted and fixated into the nozzle; a coupler detachably coupled to an upper part of the clamping jaw; a rotational frame rotatably installed in an upper part of the coupler; a left and a right adjusting member installed in one side of the rotational frame to be capable of sliding right and left; an up and down adjusting member installed in one side of the left and right adjusting member to be capable of sliding up and down; and a welding torch installed in a lower part of the up and down adjusting member to weld the other end of the nozzle in accordance with the rotation of the rotational frame while drawing circular arcs to the shell, wherein the apparatus further includes a torch height adjusting unit installed between the up and down adjusting member and the welding torch, and allowing the welding torch to be moved up and down in accordance with a height difference of an inner circumferential face of the shell when the welding welds the other end of the nozzle, drawing circular arcs to the shell.
