摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a superhydrophobic mold manufactured by lithography and anodic oxidation and a superhydrophobic material manufactured thereby. The superhydrophobic mold manufactured by lithography and anodic oxidation is formed to simultaneously have an unevenly microstructured pattern and the nanostructured pattern. The superhydrophobic material manufactured by a hydrophobic mold coats a polymer resin on the superhydrophobic mold and forming a film having a pillar structure. Moreover, the superhydrophobic material transfers the unevenly microstructured pattern and the nanostructured pattern to a polymer to form the superhydrophobic surface. Therefore, the present invention is capable of mass production having economic efficiency of the material wherein a surface structure of the mold has the superhydrophobic surface engraved on the surface of a hydrophobic molded body.</p>
