<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a monitor system and the monitor system for measuring a mixed exhalation concentration, a dead space volume, an alveolar ventilation volume, and an alveolar gas concentration for every breath. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 3 acquires signals from a flow sensor 13 and a respiratory gas sensor 14, executes arithmetic processing in an arithmetic unit 32, draws a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration-ventilation volume loop of one breath on an X-Y coordinates provided on a display device 34 with a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration F of a respiratory gas as an X axis and the ventilation volume V as a Y axis, calculates a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>discharge volume VCO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, draws an F-V inverse proportion curve to be F×V=VCO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>further, executes an operation by an EAST method, obtains a mixed exhalation CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration FECO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, the dead space volume VD, the alveolar ventilation volume VA, and an alveolar gas CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration FACO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, displays them on the same X-Y coordinates, and also displays a numerical scheme in a predetermined area of the display device 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
