The present invention relates to a transparent conductive film for a touch screen panel, including a transparent substrate; a plurality of Ag-nano wires formed on the transparent substrate; and a transparent electrode formed on the transparent substrate to coat the Ag-nano wires wherein the transparent conductive film is rubbed firstly in a 45 degrees and secondly in a 135 degrees before coating the Ag-nano wires, thereby fixing the surface and improving deviation of line and surface resistance.
