The present invention relates to an unlocking prevention sensor and a system of a clamped member, capable of recognizing an unlocking state of the clamped member in real time or in a desired time by installing a sensor on the coupling member such as a bolt and a nut. The unlocking prevention sensor and the system of a clamped member comprise: a sticker of which one side is attached to a structure, and of which the other side is attached to the coupled member, wherein a circuit line is disposed thereon; an antenna disposed on the sticker to transmit or receive an outdoor signal; a communication chip to process a signal received from the antenna; and a battery to supply power.
