The present invention relates to a display device integrated with a touch sensor. The display device dose not decrease touch precision and also does not decrease display characteristics. The display device includes: a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines which are formed to be crossed by each other; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed in areas defined as the gate lines are crossed by the data lines; a plurality of first electrodes that are arranged in a first direction and include a plurality of first electrode patterns wherein adjacent first electrode patterns in the first direction are connected with each other by at least one first bottle neck part; and a plurality of second electrodes arranged in a second direction crossed by the first direction. The first electrode patterns and the second electrodes are alternately arranged in the first direction. At least one unit pixel electrode is arranged to correspond to each first electrode pattern. The first electrodes are separated from each other. In separated areas, the data lines are arranged to prevent the pixel electrodes and the first electrode patterns from being overlapped with each other.
