The present invention provides a cutting tool holder including a body having a hollow hole wherein a cutting tool having a recess part is inserted; and a fixating unit having an engaging piece placed in the recess part and an engaging groove on the inner circumference of the hollow hole to allow the engaging piece to be engaged when the cutting tool is inserted into the hollow hole.
