The present invention provides a holder for fixating cutting tools, including: a body unit having a shaft wherein an accepting part is provided; and a balancing unit accepted in the accepting part to keep the balance of the shaft, wherein movable pieces adhere to the inner circumference of the accepting part when the body unit rotates.
