The present invention relates to a method for constructing a jacket structure of sea wind using a buoyancy tank, which allows the jacket structure to be positioned underwater for itself with buoyancy of the buoyancy tank to be capable of constructing the jacket structure without using a large crane. In accordance with a preferred embodiment, the method for constructing the jacket structure of sea wind using the buoyancy tank comprises: (a) a step of combining the buoyancy tank having buoyancy by entering air into the jacket structure to be positioned on an upper part of a centroid of the jacket structure; (b) a step of laterally laying the jacket structure in which the buoyancy tank is fixed and installed, and loading the jacket structure on a barge; (c) a step of positioning a first tugboat by connecting an upper end of the jacket structure at an end of one side of the barge by a pull strap, positioning a second tugboat by connecting, by a towing line, an end of the other side of the barge on which the lower end of the jacket structure is positioned; and moving the barge to an area of constructing the jacket structure; (d) a step of submerging the jacket structure underwater loaded in the barge from an upper end thereof by pulling the pull strap of the first tugboat to separate the whole of the jacket structure from the barge and position the jacket structure underwater; and (c) a step of positioning the jacket structure underwater using the buoyancy of the buoyancy tank.
