<p>The present invention relates to a BLDC motor integrated with a housing and a shaft. The present invention relates to a BLDC motor capable of preventing deformation due to welding and preventing bearing corrosion. It includes a shaft part which comprises a housing, a shaft, a first and a second shaft insulator, a bearing part which comprises a first and a second bearing, a stator part which comprises a stator, an insulator, a coil, and a terminal projector, and a support part which comprises a body, a PCB, a hall ic, and a lid. Thereby, the reliability of products can be improved without deformation in a manufacturing process. Time and cost are reduced by reducing the number of manufacturing processes. Also, the weight of a motor is reduced by removing the complicated structure of an existing invention. The generation of noise and allophone can be reduced by simplifying the products.</p> |
