<p>The present invention relates to an anaerobic fermentation vessel in which a microorganism can be used for fermentation when there is no oxygen, and more specifically, to an anaerobic fermentation vessel, in which a cover seals the vessel to prevent oxygen from flowing into the sealed vessel; in an upper portion of the cover, fermentation can be performed by an enzyme generation; a pressure in the vessel increases by gas generated during fermentation; a S-shaped gas outlet protrudes upward to prevent the vessel from being exploded by the increased pressure; in an upper portion of the protruding gas outlet, the cover covers downward to prevent external air from flowing into the vessel; and a space is formed between the protruding gas outlet and the cover to be filled with water or liquid to prevent the external air from flowing into the vessel. In addition, on another side of the cover, a sensor for measuring a fermentation degree is installed and a heating means is installed at one side for effective fermentation.</p> |
