The present invention relates to a method for preventing a fraud payment on a credit card payment and a cyber money payment and, more particularly, to a system for tracking and blocking an abnormal transaction by collecting and analyzing the unique number of a device and the nationality of an IP accessing a commercial transaction server. The method for preventing the fraud payment on the credit card payment and the cyber money payment according to the present invention prevents the fraud payment in not only offline but also online commercial transactions. The present invention remarkably prevents the fraud payment in the online commercial transaction by simultaneously analyzing an average movement distance between local areas and the unique information of a phone device. |
