According to the present invention, an organic light emitting display device comprises: a light emitting unit including organic light emitting diodes; and a pixel circuit unit including a driving transistor to drive the light emitting unit, at least one switching transistor, and a capacitor. The pixel circuit unit comprises: a light shielding unit in which a light shielding film to block light supplied into the pixel circuit unit is formed; and an opened unit in which the light shielding film is not formed, thereby selectively blocking the light supplied into the pixel circuit unit. Accordingly, the light supplied into the pixel circuit unit is selectively blocked, and threshold voltage (Vth) is adjusted so the reliability of the threshold voltage (Vth) can be improved. |
