The present invention relates to a lab-on-a-chip based ultra-high speed, real-time PCR apparatus for detecting food-borne bacteria of agrifood, and a method for detecting food poisoning using the same. The present invention provides a real-time PCR apparatus which can accommodate a plurality of small-volume samples and simultaneously ensure maximum efficiency of thermal contact with a thermal block so as to promptly secure a result; which can provide a micro PCR chip capable of precisely measuring an optical signal emitted from a nucleic acid amplification product without a separate filtration or processing; and which can promptly obtain the nucleic acid amplification result, that can be trusted, without a complex optical signal measuring module. |
