The present invention relates to a white organic light emitting device which simplifies the formation of a charge generation layer formed between stack structures without increasing a driving voltage and improves efficiency and lifespan. The white organic emitting device includes an anode and a cathode which face each other; and stacks which include a hole transporting layer, a light emitting layer, and an electron transporting layer between the anode and the cathode; and a charge generation layer which comprises p-type dopant, n-type dopant, and at least one organic host having electron transporting characteristic, between different stacks.
